This is to tell you that the name of the legal entity, “Harrington Brooks (Accountants) Ltd” has changed to “HB Financial Solutions Ltd” (HBFS). This was effective as of April 20th 2017. But don’t worry – this doesn’t affect your debt solution in any way.
You don’t need to do anything
You don’t need to worry about this – you won’t see anything different in the service you receive. The only change you’ll see is the name that appears on your bank statement – this will now be HB Financial Solutions.
We will now be HB Financial Solutions on your bank statements
The name we trade under is still Harrington Brooks, that’s the name you’ll see on letters and you’ll hear when you speak to us over the phone. You don’t need to update your regular payment to us, the name change doesn’t affect this.
Also, there is no need for you to complete a new Direct Debit Instruction. This is because details of the change will have been supplied to your bank. They may also notify you about this change independently but it’s still nothing to worry about.
You will continue to enjoy the benefits of the Direct Debit Guarantee, as detailed below. However you may see a comment on your bank statement advising you of the final payment under the old name details and the first payment under the new name/details.
There’s no change to the service we provide
We’d like to reassure you that the service we provide hasn’t changed, we’ll still deliver the same great benefits as always . Please be assured this change will not affect the service you receive in any way.
